We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. FEES: lost TV remote or keys/ keyfob $75 FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $150 charge FEES: Unapproved late check-out fee, $50 charge for every 30 minutes after 11am FEES: $10 per night per adult for each (adult) person that is not stated on the number of guests in your reservations.
